Inevitably, complex and significant injury claims arise that require redeployment to achieve optimal outcome. As such we have created a specialised Transition and Job Seeking Team, which consists of highly skilled rehabilitation professionals who provide exceptional vocational planning and job seeking services.

These professionals ensure that a clear, appropriate and sustainable suitable employment goal is identified via initial assessment, suitable employment assessments and vocational counselling with the injured worker and all relevant parties.

We have implemented an Employment Placement Program, which provides all workers who have a clear suitable employment goal and medical approval, the coaching, mentoring and resources to job seek weekly at our offices. This ensures adequate time and support is provided to facilitate practical canvassing and job seeking, allowing new employers to be appropriately approached and injured workers for successful placement.
